Here is a note from Shirley:
"My husband, Roy Blair, passed away 8 January 2005 and he was in the 124th Transportation Company at Cat Lai From 1969 - 1971.
The photo is of him and a friend of whom I don't know his name.
Please contact me if you have any information on this other person in the picture or if you knew Roy while in Vietnam."
