Being in touch with nature and dependant on it for our power commits us to preserving the well-being of the land. This imposes, in my mind, certain obligations on us. I believe this means that we must always strive to be just in our actions and to protect the weak and downtrodden. When we do not do so, we allow the lands to be diminished.       -Gwalmachei
We are the connection point between civilization and nature.             -Khirdahn
I dont think there is a right way or a wrong way to be a ranger. The important thing is that whether you are a wanderer or a protector of an area, we are all out for the same reason: because we feel the calling to do so, to be out in the open air and with nature"                 -Malikary
As we attune ourselves with nature, we learn its secrets"

Rangers derive their greatest powers, and those that distinguish the ranger from the other adventurer, from nature. I also believe that the closer the ranger's link to nature, the stronger their powers. On the other hand, if the natural balance of nature is affected, a ranger's ability to draw on that power will also be affected.                 - Gwalmachei

... a mark of a ranger is survival...adaptibility, cleverness...       -Landrion
