SUMMARY Leslie has over fifteen years of IT industry experience and has worked as an analyst for the majority of his career. He has worked with the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and the Rational Analyst Studio Product Suite for the last four years and has used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for eight years. In his past positions, Leslie has been responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Rational’s products on site and due to his subject matter expertise in the software development life-cycle (SDLC) and analysis processes, would also be responsible for coaching users. His recent experience has been as a process engineer, documenting the SDLC for Microsoft and teaching the RUP, UML and Rational product suite, at various other companies. Leslie has also been responsible for managing software development and defining development process for several high-profile telecommunications and aerospace industry projects. OBJECTIVE Working for a progressive company with an interest in continuous improvement and producing quality products, in addition to working in the software department as a liaison to the business, interviewing customers and stakeholders to identify needs and interpret these as requirements for developers. Also interested in evaluating tools and processes and presenting results to my peers. |
