Djaern Celik - Tzimisce PrinceNow the longest residing kindred in New Orleans, Djaern Celik hasn’t been seen by the other kindred of the domain for nearly two years. He last served the domain as Seneschal under Prince Maggie Bourdon and hadn’t been seen since her departure and the Chemist’s seizure of praxis. All in one night, he resurfaced in kindred society and made a successful bid for the praxis of New Orleans. The only ones who don’t understand how he managed to pull off such a feat are the ones that didn’t see the Chemist buzzing around all of that night, talking to many of the big movers and shakers behind the scenes. Djaern has made it known that his political philosophy is that the Prince’s only role is to see to it that the Traditions are obeyed. He has said that, so long as they are, he intends on meddling in the affairs of the other kindred as little as possible. |
Sebastian "Bastion" Benedict - VentrueBastion Benedict isn't what you'd call your typical Ventrue. In fact, he's hardly even an atypical Ventrue, his outgoing demeanor and winning smile perhaps suggesting a Brujah, or even an Assamite, according to some. As rank a neonate as one can be, Bastion flounders his way through the Camarilla, half-assing his way through the traditions, and just trying to keep his head down in a society of entrenched ancillae and elders. Maybe someday he'll catch on to the trend, but for now, scraping by is where he's more than happy to be. |

Leicester D'aubigne - SalubriAfter masqueraiding as "Jacques Moselle" for a number of months, Leicester has made his return to the Public Scene of the kindred of New Orleans, Formally announcing himself and two other unknown kindred as members of the long forgotten Salubri Clan. He is a Kindred of some considerable age and is one of the few of the Salubri who has mastered both the Ancient ways of the Warrior and the modern ways of the healer, Leicester now offers his services as both protector and healer to the domain, for a reasonable price, of course. |

Dawn of CanterburyThe only thing known about this Kindred is that she came from Europe. She was immediately given the title of Harpy on the word of a Ventrue from London. Ever since the Conclave in Baton Rouge last week Dawn has not been seen. |

The Drake
Niles Benedict
Few have heard of Benedict. Fewer still have met him. None know him. Mr. Benedict has worked hard to overcome his name for the sake of the Nosferatu of the city.

Ethan Tony ScorseseEthan Scorsese is a newly arrived neonate from Philadelphia. He seems more focused on mortal society and being friendly with other clans than with blood magic. He does not show any of the stereotypical Tremere arrogance. Like most Tremere he seems to be a bit frail, but it somehow makes him more endearing. The deeply observant get the feeling he has some form of a secret. |

Silence
While the Assamite known only as Silence has been in the domain for as long as any kindred can remember, this is likely because no one truly remembers exactly when he did arrive instead of any great length of actual residence.
Apparently the leader of a small brood of Assamites that currently claim sole right to Domain over the neighborhood of Melia, Silence is known for his quiet confidence. He has said that, while he claims no allegiance to the Camarilla, it serves his clan’s and his own interests that the Ivory Tower occupies New Orleans. He has never revealed how this is true, however.
Silence and his brood seldom interact with the Camarilla directly, except in times of great need. To date, any great need has always belonged to the Camarilla, however, and not the Assamites. The only other notable event that they have been a part of was their negotiation for the Camarilla’s relinquishment of Melia to them which they handled through the former Prince Hart.

Rayesh HakuurAn unusually social example of his blood, Rayesh has been in the city longer than any other of his peers and was instrumental in the return of the Camarilla to New Orleans during the days before former Prince Bourdon's reign. |
Khair al DinThe most commonly seen Assamite in the city, Khair seems to be the face for his clan. Every few months he makes an appearance to the general population to hand out business cards and get a look at all the new faces. He has made claim that he is a sorcerer, though the truth of this is only known to a select few. |

Kurt HarrisKurt is the uncouth mechanic, looking to make the best out of an unsolicited unlife. Confronting vampiric existence with a mixture of confusion, amusement, and horror, he makes his own way, learning as he goes. He's got a long way to go, but he made it on his own throughout his mortal years, and he'll press on thereafter. |

Rita GiovanniRita Giovanni is no new arrival to the city. In fact the Giovanni family has come and gone as they see fit for decades. Rita, the most recent head of the New Orleans branch of the Giovanni family, is not nearly as social as her predecessor Clayton Emanuel Giovanni was. Rita Giovanni is known more for her business skills than her dealings with the dead but don’t count her out as a “real” Giovanni or she will show you what else the family is known for. |

LilyFor the first few years of her unlife Lily was in hiding with her companion David Cargill. Under the reign of Maggie Bourdon the hiding Caitiff were brought into the Camarilla fold. Since then Lily’s existence has gotten a bit complicated. She severed as Seneschal under Prince Spoons (aka the Chemist), has been the voice for Regent Benedict, and is now a part of the Caitiff nation. |

Arsaf - Salubri
It is not clear how long this Kindred has been in the city of New Orleans. His presence was only made public recently. Rumors of his connection to the drug Viadol have already begun to spred. Arsef shows no signs of fear in the face of a powerful Clan Tremere.

Petre Saunier - SamediPetre has come to the city for reasons known only to him he has taken on the name Joe partly because of a joke and partly due to people just assuming he is a Nasferatu. He is rather interested in anything dealing with the dead. It makes him smile decrepitly every time the subject comes up. His interests in the city of New Orleans are a mystery to most unless you really pay attention to his actions he has the abillity to speak with the dead and has visions some have already found usful just ask robert. he is friendly with the Nosferatu and the Tremere and also with most of clan Malkavian it is thier company he prefers as they have an insight close to his own. He does not hold well to those that cross him even slightly. |

Vera - Toreador
Acknowledged, Influential, Loyal, Respected, Well-Connected
You may have heard that Toreador like to travel and Vera is no exception. Vera is known throughout many Camarilla domains as the Toreador to go to if you want a world class party thrown. The main reason that Vera comes to New Orleans as often as she does is that it is the home of one of her Childer. The Chemist does not always live up to his Sires reputation of grace and class but he sure can throw a party.
Trista - Malkavian
Anarch
Trista, the most recent Prince of Baton Rouge has not been herself as of late. With the recent fall of Baton Rouge, Trista has been staying in New Orleans temporarily. Trista has always seemed strange to those who aren’t familiar with the Camarilla seats of power but after her recent loss, fear is a more common reaction to Trista enters the room.
