Ah, once again...the beloved, ever-changing, and ever-baffling Krida Awards, in its third installment as a twice-a-year awards (this’d be the summer-type one). Primarily, I’d like to thank everyone who’s put up with the Awards as it has evolved, and especially those who have voted. I mean, seriously. We had a super-large total of 39 voters! 39!! That’s like...err...1% of the population! Hurray! Up to about 13.7% if you only count active folks, and a whopping 780% if you only count Archangels!

But enough dilly-daddling-- on to the Results!!!!

In the race for Best Good Guy, Sproo pulled to the lead, with myself, Dragyn, pulling into a driveway. Err, I mean, second place. Goes to show that the LA is a bunch of great folks, but the nicest are ones that are Consultants.

The Best Good Girl award goes to GothMistress, a thoroughly downcast name for one so apparently nice. Sparrow the planetary philanthropist tweets into second.

The chillingly malicious Best Bad Guy is awarded to Dworkin, proving that flight + spatial + necromancy + smiles = invalid equation. That wuss Eclipse hardly compares, yet he somehow stole into second place.

The Best Bad Girl Krida goes to Gaia. Does anyone else win this award any more? Tututkhamen comes in second. Frankly, I’m not touching this one with a ten, eleven, or tungsten-reinforced pole.

The winner for Most Secretive is, err, secret. He/she/it has/will be notified/alerted via/by message/in-game communiqué.

In the race for Most Polite, there are winners, and there are losers. It just so happens that Streben, Cimi, and Ithelruna are ALL winners...that disgusts me. It disgusts Copasetic too. At least, I assume that’s why he didn’t win.

The award for Best Spelling/Grammar goes to Streben, Archangel of Penmanship. The mere mortal Ouroboros was no match for Streben’s...spellaciousness? Grammaticality? Whatever.

Teh Worst Speeling/Gramer r fer Enix? i no questuns? i go kill sabortooth n secnod?

Winning Most Talkative is Dragyn, who’s yet to catch Chumbitis but inflicts Occebt almost weekly. Inquisword probably got second in this award to encourage him to try harder for next time. Anyone can be a winner, I suppose.

Least Talkative-- Symo, Arzyeka & Worf

For the Most Trustworthy Krida, two-shoed goodman Leelas gets the privilege of knowing the winner of Most Secretive. TransProp just gets told who got third place in Least Talkative. Whoop-dee-doo.

In Least Trustworthy we have Dworkin securing a solid and totally fair win through his shaky untrustworthiness. sabortooth & blooddrake both need to work on their planet-stealing, item-grubbing, and manipulation if they’re ever going to be respectable...whatever-they-ares.

The Krida for Best Glazie (has anyone explained why we have this one yet?) is awarded to Symo (oh, that’s why). However, poor ol’ Azirex, glazed longer than all other nominees combined, has to unwittingly settle for second.

The prestigious Best Name award is for Maleficencia, which sounds as beautiful as a sunset looks. Ancalagon, whose name sounds as good as a year-old pancake smells, gets second.

The aptly named Worst Name Krida for names winner is named null. The competition was myname and KiOfSiRiJS. What if my name were Kai-Of-Sai-Rai-Jiss? Or even Kee-Oof-Say-Regis? Wouldn’t that be crazie?

The Best Archangel(ic Being) (which can just be shortened to Best Archangel because no one else wins it but Streben) goes to, err....yeah, said that already. Shzuru, I mean, dude. Come on man. It’s like you’re not even trying any more. Sheesh.

The Krida for Best Story posted on forums goes to Gecko and his wonderful Lizard’s Tail/Tale. I suppose this is to award him for not continuing the Chronicles of Krida ;) Second place goes to Sproo’s tribesfolk and totally not Sproo himself for the Book of the Tribes. Yeah, we know it’s just a retelling. By Symo!

The Most Dangerous Good Guy award goes to Sproo. Heyyyy, wait a tick...didn’t he just win the...ohhhh, gotcha. Eeeps. The second place slot is filled by Mosga. Hey, I heard Sproo talkin’ bout yo momma. Whatcha gunna do bout that?! Hopefully something to win him MDGG Winter ‘06 :P

The winner of Most Dangerous Bad Guy is lordgarion. The question is, what makes a bad guy “dangerous” as opposed to “best”? The world will never know. Dworkin, however, is already figuring out the way Sproo did it as he comes into second.

The Traveler Krida goes to TransProp, who’s really no better than a hobo looking for some quick moss. Wait, that’s the guy in second place. Dragyn. Yeah, Oops. Don’t get all Most Insulting on me, jeez.

The Coolest Lookup of all time that no one can ever get enough of is Anabel’s one. KingDucky’s second place lookup is a testament to the power of anti-Brotherhood propaganda and an open invitation for slaughtering.

The Krida for Most Overlooked somewhat ironically is also presented to three souls: flawblure, Daniel, and Sacred. I can only expect that Brehon is home crying because he couldn’t even sneak into a three-way tie.

The dubious award of Most Dead goes to Josh. Umm, yes. We’re still rewarding the behavior (Next year- Best Rim-walker and Most Erased!). The second place winner, Dworkin, isn’t so much Most Dead as Most Wished Dead, due probably to his previous victories today ^_^’

Again proving the unending glory of the Glazèd, The Ahsratma pulls throough to win Best Religion. The Seven, despite having never been mentioned on a public forum, was somehow even able to get more votes than The Path of Arzyeka. I have two words for you.
”Ha” and “ha”.

The elemental Best Sky Soul Krida goes to Dragyn, which then means I’ve made formidable foes of Scatterbrain & Dworkin, who both came in second (Hey, look! My harbored resentment is all gone! :P)

The winner for Best Metal Soul is Gecko, a lizard made entirely out of some strange alloy. Coming in second is the hardened mathematical equation TransProp and the metallic...err....Pakaran

Best Leaf Soul goes to both Leelas & Eclipse. They should have a Gardening contest. Or maybe a Moonleaf Conjurathon. Anything but an Enchantfest...*shudders*. GothMistress (remember her from Best Good Girl?) came in second here. I’ll have to ask BRANCH or STUMP or whatever they call that place how leafies measure and rank this stuff....

The “award” for Best Water Soul (hehehe) goes to lordgarion. Way to understand water mechanics! Grandmother also did not invent anything useful.

The Most Invincible...err, Best Earth Soul is Mosga, who has the strength of ten-thousand mountains. Second place is TransProp, who has the feeble nature of a three-weeks dead groundhog.

The Best Angelic Soul (but aren’t we all angels?) is Symo, Our Lord Who Happens to Prefer Glazing in Heaven and Not Down Here, Thank You. Second place goes to Streben, presumably due to his lack of a funny title like Symo’s.

The Krida for Best Chaos Soul finally actually goes to a Chaos soul-- in this case, Koldstare. Streben persists in not winning this award.

Well, that took longer than it rightfully should have.
But anyways...here ends the third biannual Krida Awards! I’ll see you all next year in Winter ‘06, when once again the channels are open to berate me about my speed at nominating, tallying, or jokifying. See ya all later!
