The main problem I noticed with your handbook is typos and the like.
 "There" instead of "their", "it's" used as possessive pronoun instead
of "its".  ("It's" is only for the contraction of "it is".)  You can 
lighten up the chakra colors to save ink - it will also make the graphics 
more readable.

A graph in base 10 of log base 8 over 2 octaves might be impressive, 
especially with a follow up graph and verbiage explaining that our ears 
are so smart they translate it into log base 8 to form a straight line.  :-)

A graph of how things synchronize would be kewl - has to show the acoustic
equivalent of mutual inductance.  Though a crystal has a resonant
frequency due to its geometry, that frequency has a quality called the "Q"
which gives a good indication of nearby frequencies that it can sustain
resonance at.  So two crystals - or tines of a fork - can synchronize by
drifting their frequencies until they are in step.  The big noise right
after you tap the fork, before you get the clear tone, is what that
synchronization sounds like.

It is the natural version of an electronic circuit called a Phase-Lock-Loop circuit
- the thing in your old stereo receiver.
