One day, about a month ago, a big box arrived at our house.
It disappeared into the garage and we didn't find out any more about it for awhile. Then,
one Sunday morning, the management took us down to the garage -- well, actually they got
out of the way while we stampeded down the stairs -- and there was this funny looking
thing with ropes attached to it and harnesses.

As you can see we were all howling with excitement although
we didn't know why. After several untangling sessions the garage door opened and we poured
out of the garage screaming with excitement! Wait a minute! There seemed to be some
object attached to the ropes attached to our harnesses! At last! Something worth
pulling! Of course, we didn't have a clue why our management was yelling things like
"Gee" and "Haw" but it seemed to be important to them.
We three Kossok dogs got the drift of things right away but
Tasha, the dunce, kept wanting to go off in another direction. Our management said we
needed a lot of work on commands and such but we all made it home in one piece
anyway. It was a lot of fun. The next time we went out we got to run and that
was great!
"Excuse me -- Tasha, here. I am NOT a
dunce! The problem was the management hooked me up behind Feather. I was born
to be a lead dog not look at her fuzzy butt!!!"

Here we are at the end of our first run -- tired but a
happy bunch of huskies!

The Grizzly Sled with wheeled attachment. The smaller
wheels make it easy to manuever by leaning in the direction one wants to go.
