Welcome to the Indianapolis Westside Modelers Club web site. We are a model aircraft Radio Control club based on the North West side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Although this website is primarily for the use of our members, visitors are always welcome - both here and at our flying site.
If you're interested in Radio Control flight, or maybe think you are, do yourself a favor and contact one of us
here. We'd be happy to introduce you to the hobby or welcome you back - either way, you are bound to have
great fun and fellowship within our organization. We all love to fly and enjoy being around those who feel the same. Come on in and check us out.

Club meetings: Second Thursday of each Month, 7:00 PM at Robin Run Village.
Robin Run Village is located at 5354 West 62nd Street on the North side of West 62nd Street, between Georgetown and Zionsville Roads (see map below).
Meetings are held on the first floor in the "Main Street Lounge" - NOTE THIS IS A NEW ROOM FOR US. Contact Bill Russell or Darryl Barr for directions if you are unsure.
The next meeting is the Holiday Party on December 5th at David Gulliver's Home.

Flying site: The Indianapolis Executive Airport (formerly Terry Airport), Northwest of Indianapolis. The flying site is on the West side of the airport property. Go South from state road 32 on county road 1100 East until you see our sign on the East side of the road (looking at the airport property). The gate has a padlock for airport security. Please contact any member for access. Our runway is 450+ feet in length and 40+ feet wide. Helicopter and Glider pilots are always welcome. Control line and free flight are not allowed.
