Manufactured by H. Lehnert, c. 1875. Nickel Silver,
with three J. Lanthrop Allen pinched rotary valves. It is 12 3/8" long and has
a bell diameter of 4 7/8". Manufacture's name is on the Bell Bore,
along with intricate scroll work. There is evidence of Gold plating in the
inside of the bell. This may have been a soloist' horn. This horn is played
by Dale Proctor in performances. |
