Manufactured by Klemm & Brothers, Philadelphia, ca 1860. Brass, with Nickel Silver Trim. Three top action string actuated rotary valves. 31 1/2"Tall with a Bell diameter of 7 3/8". "Klemm & BRO Phila" is stamped on the Silver Bell Garland
