My name is Betty Busby, I am an artist living in Albuquerque New Mexico.

I am a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, where I majored in ceramics.

After RISD, I founded a ceramic tile manufacturing studio in Los Angeles, ran it for 18 years, and sold it to move to New Mexico.  I am happy to say that it is still in business today!

I have been working full time making fiber art and teaching since I moved to New Mexico in 1994.

Linda Faigen has published a profile of me on her blog, I have republished it here-

http://home.comcast.net/~bbusbyarts/site/?/page/Linda_Faigen%27s_profile/.

The photo gallery has full and detail images in it, the details have pertinent info about each quilt- including size, material, and type of construction.

New! Check out the August/September issue of Quilting Arts Magazine.  It's full of wonderful articles, including one by me on beaded trees.

Gallery 101 Main in Collinsville, Ct. represents my work- they have a vibrant collection of comtemporary artists, it is well worth a visit if you're in the area.  gallery101main.com
