ROSEANNE’S FAMOUS BUTTERCREAM

Roseanne is famous for her Buttercream icing. She makes her white buttercream icing from 100% vegetable shortening, pure almond extract, pure clear vanilla extract, powder sugar, flour and water.

NON-DAIRY WHIPPED TOPPING
This whipped topping can be used on any cake but is not recommended for summer weddings unless held indoors. Flowers can also be made of this topping.

FONDANT
Roseanne does Rolled Fondant Cakes. The cake is iced with buttercream icing first, then Rolled Fondant is placed over the cake. Roseanne can explain about Rolled Fondant at your appointment. There is an additional cost for fondant cakes.
