Attended and reported on local high school and amateur sporting events for a pair of daily Ohio Valley newspapers. Duties included writing articles under intense deadline pressure and working on event preview stories and feature articles, both of which required extensive research and involved conducting interviews with various players, coaches and other figures around the community.
