Our Mission

We want to participate in the development of a town center to serve the growing population of Albuquerque's west side.

Company Profile

Our ownership is comprised of long time Albuquerque residents who bought the land for investment purposes in the 1980's.  We have patiently waited for the Paseo del Norte road to be built.  Surrounding housing developments have sprung up in the meantime.  Ventana Ranch to our north west , Longford homes to the west, and Volcano Cliffs and La Conquista to the south.   There is a golf course to the north, and a new high school to the west. Now with the opening of the Paseo road, and with the city council's approval of a sector plan, the property is ready for serious consideration.
