Appointments - Tim Hutton, PhD, CST-D:

I charge $100 a treatment session. Each session typically lasts about 50 minutes. Since young children seldom are able to sit still for an entire hour, I often end up doing shorter sessions with them and prorate my fee appropriately.

Please note that payment is due at the time of service and that I do not bill insurance, nor do I take credit cards. Payment may be made either by check or in cash. If payment is in cash, please have the correct amount ready. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt should you wish to submit the bill to your insurance company yourself.

I ask every client to give me at least 24 hours notice when changes in appointment time or cancellations must be made. You may notify me either through the receptionist [at (360) 734-1560] or by leaving a message on the answering machine at that number. Clients will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, except in cases of sudden illness or family emergency.


Appointments - Dave Campbell, LMP, CTP:

A typical treatment session lasts about an hour. Variations in the 1-hour format can be made to accommodate special circumstances, and my fees are prorated appropriately. For example, babies and young children frequently require shorter sessions. For others, sessions longer than an hour can sometimes be arranged with sufficient advance notice.

Payment is due at the time of service for non-insurance clients, and I charge $70 for a 1-hour session. Payment may be made with check, cash, Visa or Mastercard. With proper documentation, I will bill insurance for automobile (PIP) claims. I am also able to bill certain major medical insurance plans - please call the office for more information. Please note that insurance companies nearly always require a prescription from a doctor (MD, ND, DC, ARNP) to reimburse claims. Your prescription should be for "massage" or for "craniosacral therapy" and should specify diagnosis codes and state the number of treatments authorized.
