A typical treatment session lasts about an hour. Variations in the 1-hour format
can be made to accommodate special circumstances, and my fees are prorated appropriately.
For example, babies and young children frequently require shorter sessions. For others,
sessions longer than an hour can sometimes be arranged with sufficient advance notice.
Payment is due at the time of service for non-insurance clients, and I charge $70 for a
1-hour session. Payment may be made with check, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
With proper documentation, I will bill insurance for automobile (PIP) claims.
I am also able to bill certain major medical insurance plans - please call the office for more information.
Please note that insurance companies nearly always require a prescription from a
doctor (MD, ND, DC, ARNP) to reimburse claims. Your prescription should be
for "massage" or for "craniosacral therapy" and should specify diagnosis codes and
state the number of treatments authorized.
I ask every client to give me at least 24 hours notice when changes in appointment
time or cancellations must be made. You may notify me either through the
receptionist [at (360) 734-1560] or by leaving a message on the answering
machine at that number. Clients will be charged for appointments cancelled with
less than 24 hours notice, except in cases of sudden illness or family emergency.
