I am a Licensed Massage Practitioner in the state of Washington (WA LMP #15651), and have been a Certified TragerŪ Practitioner and nationally certified massage practitioner since 1994. I began adding CranioSacral Therapy to my practice in 1997, and have completed trainings in CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, and Visceral Manipulation through the Upledger Institute. I enjoy teaching and am currently an Instructor of Kinesiology at the Spectrum Center School of Massage.

In my practice I use a blend of CranioSacral Therapy, Trager Work, and Visceral Manipulation tailored to meet each client's needs. Throughout each session I maintain an open and gentle approach, constantly adapting to changes in the body's rhythms and responses, with a focus on bringing an experience of physical and mental fluidity, balance, and ease to my clients.
