Sarah³, b. 11 DEC 1683; m. either William Johnson of Woburn on 1 JAN 1707, or Tristram Little on 30 OCT 1707. Probably the latter.

Elizabeth³, b. 16 AUG 1692.

3 - RICHARD¹, son of William Dole of England, b. 1622 at Thornbury, Gloucester Co., England (grandson of Richard ?); father William was a tanner, who bound him as an apprentice for seven years to John Lowell, see family (uu). Came from England to Parker River, Old Newberry, MA, with the Lowell family in 1639; married Hannah Rolfe, see family (gg) on 3 MAY 1637, Mary. Occupation - merchant. They moved to Rowley where he was a deputy in 1673; Hannah died at Rowley 16 NOV 1678; she was the mother of all his children. He m.2 Hannah Brocklebank, widow of Captain Samuel Brocklebank, 4 MAR 1679 at Newbury; she died 6 SEP 1690. He m.3 Patience, widow of Shubael Walker. Richard died 1705 at Newbury.

Richard², b. 6 SEP 1650, m. 7 JUN 1677 at Newbury to Sarah Greenlefe; perhaps a second marriage to Sarah Ilsey 3 APR 1706; in either case, his widow Sarah is recorded as dying 26 FEB 1707; he d. 1 AUG 1723 at Mary in his 73rd year.

Anna², b. 26 MAR 1653; d. 6 JUL 1653

Benjamin², b. 14 JUN 1654; a doctor.

Joseph², b. 5 AUG 1657.

William², b. 11 APR 1660; m. 13 OCT 1684 at Newbury to Mary Brocklebanck; d. 31 JAN 1717/18 at Newbury at 68 years.

Henry², b. 9 MAR 1662/3; m. Sarah Brocklebanck 3 NOV 1686 at Newbury; d. 13 SEP 1690.

Hanna², b. 23 OCT 1665; m. to John Moody.

Apphia², b. DEC 1668; m. Peter Coffin.

Abner², b.8 MAR 1671; m.1 Mary Jewett of Rowley 1 NOV 1694 at Newbury, she died before 1698; m.2 Sarah Belcher (of Boston) at Boston on 5 JAN 1698. Sarah died 21 JUL 1736.
