2  - THOMAS¹, b. in England ca 1620; came over before 1640 to Weymouth, MA; a cloth worker; freeman 29 MAY 1644; m. 1st to ______; m. 2nd to Elizabeth (perhaps Harding, a 12 year old Elizabeth Harding came over in the "Abigail" 5 MAY 1635 as a servant) ca 1640 at Weymouth. She may have been widowed twice before marriage to Thomas, 1st to Abraham Harding, 2nd to John Frary, Jr., perhaps the daughter of early settler Richard Harding, she d. before 31 JAN 1678 when her will was probated. Thomas was a licensed inn keeper; deputy; deacon and town officer; his will, dated 3 or 13 NOV 1676, left 5 pounds and estates (of former husband-perhaps Elizabeth's) at Medfield, MA to wife.
