4 - ISAAC3, son of Samuel2, b. 1674 (probably between 1 OCT and 12 NOV) at Middleboro, MA; under 21 in OCT 1695; John Nelson was appointed his guardian on 25 SEP 1695; m. Mary Pratt at Plympton, MA on 1 SEP 1709; she d. after 13 NOV 1734. Isaac was Middleboro's first physician; d. before 16 NOV 1727 at Middleboro; on 16 NOV 1727, his widow Mary was appointed administrator of his estate; on 13 NOV 1734, Mary acknowledged the sale of real estate that once belonged to her late husband, Dr. Isaac Fuller.

5 - SAMUEL2, son of Samuel1, b. ca 1624 at Plymouth, MA; m. 1st ________? ca 1658; mother of son Samuel3; she d. before 1665. In 1663, the town of Rehoboth voted to ask him to become their physician, but he never settled there; his mother was asked to go there as a midwife. He  m. 2nd to Elizabeth (Nichols) Bowen, widow  of Thomas Bowens, ca 1665; she bore him another 6 children; on 16 MAR 1648 he sold 2 acres of land in Plymouth, that once belonged to his father, to Lt. Matthew Fuller, with the permission of his mother Bridget; a Minister and Physician. In 1676, Indians burned down his home in Middleboro and he returned to Plymouth until the war with the Indians was over. On 19 DEC 1678, he was asked to preach in Middleboro, which he accepted and became the town's first minister. Ordained on 26 DEC at his home, a few months before his death; d. on 17 AUG 1695 at Middleboro, MA.

6 - SAMUEL1, baptized 20 JAN 1580, at Redenhall, Norfolk County, England; brother of Edward Fuller, who came to Plymouth in 1620 and d. in 1621; m. 1st Elsie Glascock at England; m. 2nd on 30 APR 1613 to Agnes Carpenter; m. 3rd on 27 MAY 1617 at Leyden, Holland to Bridget LEE; came over on "Mayflower" with servant William Button; left wife and child behind; they came over on the "Anne" in 1623; child soon died. Samuel1 aided settlers at the Bay. on their arrival in 1630; a deacon; freeman in 1633; a physician/say-maker; d. 1633 at Plymouth, MA of  fever he may have caught tending the sick; wife m. 2nd Henry Sirkman of Plymouth on 30 SEP 1641.
