2 - GEORGE1, b. in 1585 at either York or Harworth in Notts Co., England; m. 23 JUL 1612 at Leyden, Holland to Julia-Ann or Juliana Carpenter; came over in the "James" in 1623, as financial from London for the "Mayflower" Pilgrims; wife and five children came over same year in the "Anne"; he settled in Middleboro, MA; occupation-merchant; eight lots were assigned to him and Experience Mitchell; d. 1624 in Middleboro at age 39.

Nathaniel2, b. Leyden, Holland in 1613; came ver with mother in 1623; m. 1st to Lydia Cooper on 22 DEC 1635 at Plymouth,
MA; freeman in 1635; Secretary of Plymouth Colony in 1645; wrote the history - "New England's Memorial or Moort's Relations"; m. 2nd in 1674 to Mrs. Hannah Templar; d. 29 JUN 1685.

Ephraim2, b. 1623 on the ship "Anne" on the way over; m. at Plymouth, MA to Ann Cooper in 1644; freeman in 1648; Representative of General Court for 28 years beginning in 1657; Magistrate for the Colony in 1683; d. 7 SEP 1693.
