2 - SAMUEL³, son of Samuel², b.16 MAR1672 Andover, MA; occupation - carpenter; m. 2 APR 1694 at Andover, MA to Sarah Bridges, see family (1); d. 29 MAY 1717 at Andover, MA. His widow married William Price of Ashford, CT.

Elizabeth³, b. 14 FEB 1682; m. 16 JAN 1705 at Andover to John Holt.

John³, b. 1 MAY 1685; m. 10 JAN 1706 at Andover to Mary Heines (Haynes?) of Haverhill. Moved to Windham, CT.

Joseph³, b. 26 JAN 1686; m. his cousin, Rebecca Preston, daughter of John², at Andover 21 DEC 1709.

Ruth³, b. 7 FEB 1688; m. 17 JUN 1710 at Andover to Hugh Tayler, described in Andover Vital Records as a "stranger and a sayler"; m. 2 Eliakim Wardwell, one of the witchcraft accusers.

Lydia³, b. 8 OCT 1690; m. at Woodstock, CT on 22 JAN 1714 to Daniel Holton of Salem, MA; moved to Windham, CT.

Priscilla³, b. 19 MAR 1695; m. at Andover 22 FEB 1714 to George Holt; moved to Windham, CT.

4 - ROGER¹, b. 1614 in England, came over in the "Elizabeth" 1635; settled Ipswich, MA in 1639; resided at Salem 1659/60, then moved to Danvers; m. Martha ? in 1642; she died in 1703 at age 80; after remarrying Nicholas Holt and moving to Andover. Roger d. JAN 1666 at Danvers.

John², m. Sarah Gerry, widow of John Holt (had sons Moses and Aaron Holt); went to CT.

Jacob², apprenticed to T. Chandler who sold Jacob's apprenticeship to William Curtis; Curtis sued Jacob for not giving service as promised after 7 years; borrowed money from his brothers to go fishing at the "Eastward"; last heard from in 1680.

Levi², b. 1662 at Salem, MA; brought to Andover, returned to Salem.

Rebecca², m. Joseph Preston (a cousin).
