1 JAN 1633-34, and in 1638; deputy, selectman, representative, constable, and surveyor; (his brother William, also b. ca 1600 in England, settled Cambridge in 1632, then settled at Hartford, CT in 1636; d. 1676 at Hartford); Christopher d. 8 FEB 1677/78, slain by Indians; will probated 1677.
