Who am I and where have I been??

Born and raised in Seattle, I have worked as an Alaskan fishing guide and in ski areas throughout the west.  I always return to Seattle though and can’t imagine living anywhere else but the great Pacific Northwest.  I lived in Israel for three years and still speak a bit of Hebrew.  In addition to Israel, I have traveled to Canada, England, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Yugoslavia, Greece and Cyprus.  I am a recovering Deadhead and huge music fan with an affinity for jam bands, jazz, funk, soul, reggae, bluegrass, world rhythms and a whole lot more.  I graduated from The Evergreen State College in Olympia.

What I dig doing in my spare time…

Lake and river fishing for salmon, trout, steelhead and (the occasional bass or carp…)

Schussing down mountainsides at breakneck speeds…

Catching live music events if I’m not producing them…
