About Me

I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFT# 37530, and a California Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, #891-684. I have training in psychodynamic and cognitive therapy with specialized training in:

I enjoy helping people work through personal struggles, whether they be about relationships, family problems, the workplace, self-esteem, anxieties, or dealing with a loss of any kind. Life can be hard, and I strive to help people maneuver themselves through the difficult times.

To keep abreast of my field, I continue to take classes and workshops. This also keeps the work alive and exciting for me.
