Therapy: Individual short-term
For individual short-term therapy, I use more specific techniques such as hypnotherapy, coaching, and goal-oriented exercises. We will be working with the faulty thoughts and core beliefs that are sabataging your moving forward in life. Hypnotherapy uses relaxation and guided imagery to help you examine these beliefs and find ways to transform self-defeating patterns. Coaching and goal-oriented exercises involve making clear and reachable goals for yourself that we will stay focused on until you attain them.
