is the National Policy Director for the Sudan Divestment Task Force (www.sudandivestment.org),
the nationwide coordinating entity for the Sudan divestment movement.
Jason oversees development of the Task’s Force’s targeted divestment model, the organization’s company research, engagement with companies, and legal/financial/political policy issues that arise around the Task Force’s operations. He has appeared in a range of print and TV news media outlets, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Financial Times, BBC, Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, NPR, CBS, and NBC. A graduate of Stanford University, Jason is the 2006 recipient of the Peace and Humanitarian Award granted by the Center for African Peace and Conflict Resolution at Sacramento State. |
