Supplier Document Connector uses a scrollable window showing the status of each EDI document sent (outbound) to EBMX and each EDI document contained in an interchange received (inbound) from EBMX. In the example shown below, two separate EDI files were sent to EBMX. The first one, with Tracking Id 373578, contained a single Advance Ship Notice (ASN) and received a response a few seconds later with Tracking Id 373579. The response file contained two documents, a Functional Acknowledgement (FA) and an Application Advice (AA). Notice that Shipment Id shown for the AA matches that for the corresponding ASN. The second outbound file contained two ASNs and received the expected response with an FA followed by a pair of AAs corresponding to the two ASNs.
The screenshot below is the configuration screen where you provide connection and login details for accessing EBMX. Notice the ability to test your Internet connection and your ability to login to EBMX; these options confirm proper configuration and aid in diagnosis of problems.
