Our customers are dealing with ongoing medical treatments and the hassle of dealing with multiple bills and insurance documents. |

| Design Notes Tracking medical bills, insurance benefits, and payments is a complicated task that even the most organized people can find daunting. Using a design approach that allowed designers and researchers to engage directly with existing and target customers, we created software that tells customers what to do when a piece of paper from the provider or the insurance company arrives and gives them the confidence to pay only what they owe. |
