Project Overview
This enterprise solution allows Customer Support Representatives to identify and manage incoming customer phone calls, emails, and chats.

 
Support Agent Toolbar
The support agent toolbar always appears at the top of the screen and notifies agents of incoming customer activity. The toolbar reveals features only when necessary (eg. call features are displayed only when the agent is on a call) to reduce UI clutter.
