Project Overview
The image search tool allows bank representatives to verify financial documents by quickly locating transactions.
 
 

Design Notes
This project began with a heuristic evaluation of current prototypes. After redesigning the tool, usability tests were conducted using paper prototypes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of bank tellers/agents to locate desired documents.
