Page Problems
For a while, when I created a new page, it was saved connected to an existing page. How bizarre. I think I have it almost all straightened out now.
Here's a link to my NASA Videos page.
This is a problem with database-based page editors. It seems that the database entry for my web pages has been corrupted. I don't have my own backup of the pages.
What's wrong with just using the file system to store the pages? What did you gain by using a database?
Below is a mapping of my pages to page numbers:
https://publish.comcast.net/pages/editor/8/ (use # in place of 8)
Side-by-side 5
Page Problems 8
Sample Photos 9
Big Image Example 11
How-to 12
Camping 13
NASA Videos 14
Astronomy 15
The list above doesn't appear spaced the same in the page editor as it is displayed. So much for WYSIWYG - what you see is what you get.
If I make a change here but leave the page in draft form, what happens? The page goes away from my site.
