Giant Eagle Fundraiser

Order your Giant Eagle gift cards which can be used at Giant Eagle and GetGo locations by the last Sunday of the month. Cards can be picked up on the first Sunday of each month or during office hours (M-F, 9:30-1:30). Others may pick up your cards for you only if you authorize them to do so. Payment must be made by cash or check at the time you pick up your order.

This form ONLY works if you use OUTLOOK for your e-mail.
If you do not use Outlook for your e-mail, please just send an e-mail to the office, or print this form and mail it to the office, with the quantity of cards that you would like to order.
