Rough Drafts
Amber:
Horsetrainers

At Salisbury Baptist Temple there are horses. Shelby is a girl who goes there and sees the horses.

A horse she likes is ‘Trigger.’ It is a Christian camp. Fridays are rodeo days. There is barrel racing also.

There is a horse trainer. His job is to feed the horses and groom. His name is Justin. His favorite horse is Trigger too. Trigger has a rearing strap. He does barrel racing. Justin thinks that he is a good horse. A person learns how to be a horse trainer by doing this, first you have to go to horse training school, second you have to go to a farm, and third you have to get a horse and walk it in a circle.

One day Shelby got bucked off Trigger.

Every Thursday we go on the waterslide. You have to wear a uniform. There are some horses that are not for riding. Some horses are in training but you can not ride them. Three horses have died.

Jacob:
I like to dig. One time I dug a hole ten foot long. Then one day I took a sliding board and made it a stairway into the hole. I like to dig right next to a field. I use a little shovel because they don’t weigh that much. When you’re in the hole it feels like it is going to drop on you. When the hole gets deeper it gets more fun because the ground gets damp and sticks together. You can sometimes find something when you dig. I know because I found a big chain and a big bone.

Once upon a time there were three little boys. They loved football. The boys’ names were Michael Vick, Randy Moss and Cory Dillon. They met at a Barbeque.

Mike said to Randy and Cory, “Do you want to play football?” They played football for four hours. Then a year later they were on the same football team. Mike was a quarterback, Randy was a wide receiver and Cory was a halfback. They won 16 games straight in a row. They won by passing and running. They went to the Hawaii Bowl and they won. Then in the final four they got first place. They went around the world and won all their games with no losses. Nobody could beat them not even the juniors could beat them.

They went into the off-season and they practiced every day and played in the yard all the time. Then the coach called and said, “You boys need to rest for the season start.” “Ok,” we said, “bye.” Dad said, “What did he say?” “Nothing but rest from football a while.” Mom said, “You had a fine season, boys.” Dad called the coach. “Why do my boys have to rest from football? There is a future to make money.” Would you want to make money off these kids? asked the coach. I will give you some money. I will give you 2,134 dollars every two weeks.

They are fine players that will make a lot of money one day. They will make you money by passing and scoring touchdowns. They went in to history book because they were so good and they got lots of money. Every time their team won they got six million dollars.
