Keeping
On Course…
The Catholic Church is the
world’s largest organization, but ultimately its mission depends on the
capacity of local churches, our parishes, to bring the light of faith and a
vision of our future to Catholics—in sacrament and fellowship, in word and
worship, in service and formation.
By its nature, pastoral leadership often feels
like a journey over uncharted waters—especially in these troubling times.
Parish leaders everywhere can benefit from outside help in navigating the
difficult challenges they face. The clarifying perspective of a neutral
“onshore” guide can shed light on the course ahead and enhance the journey
for everyone.
Whatever your current challenge is—adult formation
or ministry training, pastoral planning or parish clustering, team-building
or council development, conflict resolution or visioning—my ministry is
helping YOU meet that challenge more effectively.
Pope John-Paul II called Collaboration “The Act
proper to Solidarity.” But Collaboration is neither accidental nor
automatic. It is deliberate and intentional behavior. Its tools and skills
must be learned. Guiding people to collaborate better is my work.
