What Kind of Information Do I Want?

Frankly, I'll be happy with any information you'd like to send, but here's some guidelines for those who are wondering what I'm looking for. This is a list of items I am currently tracking in my genealogy database software. Please don't feel you have to furnish everything. Whatever you are able to contribute will be appreciated.

Names
- Full names of your children and spouses, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, where applicable
- Full names of parents, and possibly grandparents, depending on who is connected to our families
Dates and places for each of the above, where applicable
- Birth date and place
- Marriage date and place
- Death date and place
- Burial date and place, including cemetery
- Divorce date and place
- High School Graduation - date, school and place
- College degrees - date, school and place
- Baptism date and place
- Bar/Bat Mitzvah date and place
Other
- Occupation
- Religious affiliation
- Military Service - branch and dates
- Memberships - fraternal organizations, etc.
- Residences - with dates

Please don't forget the place of these events. This makes tracking down documents so much easier.
