Property Description
The property is a three floor, 4 br., 3 bath condo which easily sleeps 10-12. The property is located in Forum Village with ski-on, ski-off access to Sugarbush So., the larger of the two Sugarbush mountains. Access to Sugarbush No.(Mt. Ellen) via the cross mountain chair lift or the Mad Bus running from the base lodge or the bus stop in Sugarbush village.
A five minute walk to some of the valley’s finest dining and nightlife. The condo has deck views of the Mad River valley and the mountain. The condo easily absorbs two families with children.
Mad River Glenn ski area is less than a fifteen minute drive and the town of Waitsfield also fifteen minutes away.
Two of the best restaurants in Vermont, Chez Henri (a five minute walk) and The Common Man (a five minute drive) are right next door. Family dining at the Flatbread barn, Jay's or the Den. Less than a ten minute drive away.
Renters can also purchase daily passes to the Sugarbush sports center which offers an indoor pool and tennis, rock climbing and full gym located within walking distance from the condo.
Great Dining
The condo is equiped with a full kitchen, full size washer & dryer located on the ground floor. Living room wood Fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, Movie library, games and books. Also a gas grill on the living room deck.
There is a steam room located on the ground floor (it's orriginal to the house so don't expect much, but it works great and is very relaxing after a full day of skiing!)
There are decks off of the master bedroom, the second floor bedroom and the living room.
The four bedrooms consist of:
Master- King and crib with Changing table
2nd Br.- Two sets of bunk beds with sides
3rd Br.- Two twin beds
4th Br.- Queen w/ gas fireplace
All linens are on site…
