The puzzle is a variation of the Penrose 'Kites and Darts' non-periodic tiling. The 6 different pieces can be used to tile the plane, but only in a non-repeating fashion. With the 25 pieces included in the puzzle, your job is to pack them snugly into a 6.5 inch circle. The picture on the puzzle is of a barn in northern Wisconsin built by immigrants from the Czech Republic. This was my souvenir puzzle at the 28th International Puzzle Party.
