- In-house Schematic Capture & Multilayer PCB Design Services.
Use of state of the art Altium Designer EDA Design Suite (and Protel 98 supported) for top down design continuity. Top level engineer’s system approach & schematic generation thought to manufacturing CAM/Artwork files and Bills of Materials.
Close ties* to a stable & local ISO9001 PCB fabricator/assembly & flex-circuit house for prototype runs to medium volumes. *23 Year relationship with principals.
- In lab low volume Hands-on Prototyping & SMT Rework
We use hot-air & precision manual soldering tools, have stereo microscope inspection. We make use of modern digital multi-channel oscilloscope (5GS/s), bench DVMs, Signal Generators, and bench power supplies. We have some electro & mechanical fabrication capabilities.
- Embedded Systems Development
Development and Debug Tools/Hardware Emulators for 8051 variants, TI MSP430 family, Analog Devices Floating point SHARC DSPs and Fixed point multi-core Blackfin MPU/DSP devices, Pic18X Devices, Xilinx CPLD and FPGA platforms. Experience with very high volume Winbond Power Speech sound processor experience for consumer products (toy/games).
- Mechanical CAD & representation
2d and 3d CAD (Drafix Pro and TurbocCAD Platinum 16 respectively)
Adobe Illustration & digital image / photo processes. Chromakey’d video documentation of systems & devices. Video conferencing capabilities.
