There's nothing wrong with the paper - waxy stuff of the sort you'll find on many candies - but the wrapper is quite small and nowhere close to square. To make matters worse, the candy is sticky and likely to leave residue. Steer clear.

Coolness:
Bit-O-Honey is an old-fashioned candy, and its retro colors are hard to find elsewhere in the candy world. If the wrapper were easier to work with, one could make some really attractive models.

Edibility:
The stickiest thing this side of Jolly Ranchers, Bit-O-Honey is a real danger to anyone with a lot of dental work. The flavor is mild and not overly sweet. It's a fine candy for people who find the Willy Wonka genre cloying.
