Foldability:
The squarest wrappers I've encountered. The waxy paper is a little bit springy, but is easy enough to work with and doesn't tear readily.

Coolness:
The beauty of DumDum wrappers is the way they're printed all over with patterns of tiny logos and text. You can fold them up any which way and they'll still look like DumDum wrappers. They come in a nice variety of subtle colors, too.

Edibility:
Essentially a Lifesaver on a stick. Nothing elicits groans from trick-or-treaters like a fistful of these marble-sized budget pops.
