Foldability:
The waxy paper comes off the candy very wrinkled, but it folds nicely. I have found Tootsie Pop wrappers to be less consistent than most; some pieces are more square than others. You may need to eat a lot of candy to get a perfect piece of folding paper.

Coolness:
Great colors and a distinctive pattern make this wrapper unmistakeable. It looks sharp up close or at a distance.

Edibility:
The delicious hard candy exterior almost makes the nasty Tootsie Roll center palatable. Almost.
