Tara Shores is a small community with some permanent & some “weekender” residents.  We hope you have a great time & enjoy all the lake has to offer.  It really is a peaceful & quiet area with great neighbors & we want to keep it that way.  So, if you are looking for a place to have fun & relax please join us.

Rule #1:  Let us know if there is anything, before or after your stay, that could

                     make your time here more enjoyable.

· Sorry no pets allowed this season.  Our policy may change in the

      future.

· No Smoking Indoors - ashtrays are in the screened porch for outside use.

· For your safety shoes are required on the deck while we continue it’s renovation.

· Parking is available directly in front of Unit #40.  (3) max., (2) will fit more comfortably.  Let us know if more space is needed.

· Garbage (kitchen) should be placed in the exterior can before leaving.

· A Cleaning Fee is included in your Agreement.  We ask that you leave the Unit in an orderly condition to help us keep this fee as low as possible.

· Damp Laundry needs to be placed in the provided basket.

· Damage or violations will result in loss of Security Deposit.

· Local phone service is provided ,but bring your cell phone or a calling-card for long distance calls.

· The launch ramp is narrow & a little steep.  All boats 20’ and larger MUST launch and retrieve from one of the nearby Marina’s.  Certain times of the year, usually late Summer, all boats must use the nearby Marina.  Only experienced boaters should attempt a launch or use our slip.

· The covered boat slip is 24’x9’ with a 4000# max. electric lift for experienced users.

· Please leave the Tara Shores Community grounds and facilities “as you found them” (like ruts and debris removal from a launch).

· The Paddle Boat is for PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY.
