This family tree site traces the MacInnis, Dawe side of my family back to the 1700's in Canada, Scotland and France. I have started to add some info on my wife's side but as of yet there is not much there. In the future I am planning on adding my mother's side of the family as well as expand on my wife's side.
Giving Credit Where Credit Is Due
Although I have done some research on our family, my main contribution is documenting all of this on the web. The bulk of the of effort put into accumulating this information was done by my aunts Wilena Penny and Bertha MacInnis. I wish to thank these people for their efforts, which are much appreciated.

I have taken steps to protect the privacy of our family. In particular, I have removed the birth dates and addresses of people who are still living. An internet genealogy, is visible to the whole world, and so we must be careful about what information is presented.
