Prices

Payment in full (personal check or cash) must be received before embroidery is started on merchandise.

Customers are responsible for any fees incurred for returned payment checks due to non-sufficient funds.

Set-up Fees:

Letters only logo set up $10.00 one time setup charge.
Custom logos up to 7500 stitches $75.00 one time set up charge (non-refundable). Additional Fees may apply for larger designs.

Embroidery Fees:

Embroidery pricing if merchandise is purchased from B.J.'s Stitchin' Time:

Single item embroidery orders welcome. Discounts available on multiple item embroidery orders.

$1.50 per 1000 stitches. Minimum fee of $8.00 per design.
Additional lettering added to design: $0.25 per letter.
Single letter Monogram: $5.00
Multiple letter Monogram: $8.00

Customer Supplied Garments add $3.00 to prices listed above.

Customer Supplied Garments:

Please read the following precautions carefully before submitting your customer supplied garments for embroidery. All garments should have been inspected by you for stains and/or defects. You as the customer assume all liability for any items that sustain machine or other damage during the embroidery process. We will not replace your garments if this occurs.

Special Requests or Rush Orders:

Please contact me to see if your order can be fit into a rushed production schedule. Lead time can vary from two to six weeks. However to accommodate your deadlines and process Rush orders there will be a surcharge of 15% to 25% based on the number of items purchased.

Shipping and Returns:

Shipping costs will be the cost of priority mail shipping. Most generally items ordered will fit in a priority flat rate box which currently is priced at $10.35. If shipping costs should vary, I will contact you with the actual cost. Sorry, shipments to U.S. & Canadian addresses only. Due to the custom and personalized nature of embroidered items, no returns or exchanges are offered unless there is an error in the embroidery. Any non-embroidered item may be returned for a refund less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

Sales Tax:

Note that all sales plus shipping fees are subject to Washington State Sales Tax. Items shipped out of Washington state will not be charged sales tax.
