| Chef,
Brendan Roetzel is a native of Custer, South Dakota that received his
associates degree in culinary arts from the California Culinary Academy.
He has been a chef in several eating establishments in Custer and while he
was in California worked in many different catering companies. He is
bringing over 20 + years of cooking experience to the Southern Black
Hills. He doesn't tout a specialty because he enjoys all aspects of
cooking! His new venture, Sliver Creek Food Productions will be able to
help you with any questions you may have for serving your guests a great
meal! We are able to prepare anything from a hamburger, fried chicken picnic to a sit down dinner of roasted duck breast with a raspberry glaze. The most important thing to have when you meet with us is a budget in mind of how much you would like to spend per a guest so that we can work up a quote for you that you can afford. Brendan is also trained in ice carving and may be able to give you some suggestions of some very beautiful ice sculpture designs that can be the focal point of your banquet or wedding reception. Our new restaurant location also has a small banquet room that seats approx. 48 people or about 60 people standing. There is also an outdoor deck that could provide more seating room for approx. 25 more guests. The dining area is also handicap accessible. If our venue is too small to accommodate your party we can certainly be hired to cater your event off site at a location of your choice. We look forward to being able to being able to help you with your most important day and to giving you the peace of mind that you and your guests will have a wonderful experience. |
