2. STORE in 1 3/4 C container with lid. At this point mixture can either be refrigerated or frozen until ready to use. 3. SERVE:Place 2 heaping tablespoons mixture in mug and 1 1/2 oz. ( 1 and a half jiggers or 3 T) dark rum. Fill with boiling water. Stir. Topping it with whip cream, sprinkle with nutmeg and adding a swizzle stick is great! 4. VARIATION: One can add 2 cups of softened ice cream and increase spices. Or, one can substitute vanilla extract for the rum extract. Makes 128 oz. or 13 servings. |
