Memorial Day Weekend 2008

We weren't sure what to expect, but our first game was against a much younger team and the game was kept well in control.

 

We initially thought our second game was to be against the Lumberton A team, who finished 2nd in Flight 1, but it turned out to be mostly members of the B team and only a few A team members.  The Wild maintained control and played their game to victory.

 

The Wolf Pack was gunning for us and it showed.  A very physical game on both sides.  Hard fought by both squads, but the Wild’s stingy defense combined with awesome shots on goal from the offense assured a tournament sweep.

Our first official tournament as a travel team went very well.
