ROOM RATE INFORMATION
All rates based on per night, double occupancy and are subject to a 9% VT Rooms and Meals Tax. Complimentary breakfast served each morning.

WINTER (Thanksgiving–March 31st)
Weekends, Holidays*, High Season*: $129.00 - $149.00
Midweek: Sun. – Thurs., non-holiday: $85.00

FALL FOLIAGE (September 14th to October 22nd)
Weekends, Holidays*: $139.00
Midweek: (Sun. – Thurs.): $99.00

SPRING/SUMMER: April 1st – August 28th
OFF-SEASON: October 23rd – Thanksgiving
Weekends (Fri. & Sat.): $90.00

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Individual reservations:
A full refund is given if cancellation is received ten (10) days prior to the reservation date. For cancellations received less than ten (10) days prior to reservation a refund will be given only if the room can be rebooked minus a $15.00 service charge. If the room can not be rebooked the guest will receive a gift certificate valid for 1 year for the amount of the Room Rate redeemable for a mid-week/non-holiday visit.

Group reservations:
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to secure a date on the calendar. Three weeks prior to arrival a head count and full payment is due.

A full refund is given if cancellation is received ten (10) days prior to the reservation date.
