Room Reservation Information: Deposit of 50% is required for all room reservations. $50.00 non refundable. 

Cancellation Policy:
At the Blue Heron Bed and Breakfast by the Bay  we rent our rooms by advance reservations only. When you reserve our suite we agree to turn away all other requests for the Blue Heron suite, guaranteeing to hold it for the day(s) you requested.  If cancellation notice is received 72 hours in advance you will receive a full refund with the exception of the $50.00 non-refundable portion.
