• Aug 21, 2006 TriValley Herald:  "San Ramon to Start RV Program" (or use link if article no longer available)  ** note currently requesting clarification on the comment 'once a new tenant moves into the property or the owners purchase a new RV, the grandfathering will no longer be in affect.'  **

From the 6/13 staff report & the 7/25 revision, the ordinance currently states:

"Upon sale of the property, no further recreational vehicles will be allowed within the front yard setback area."   We are assuming here that 'property' means the home -- not the RV (vehicle) since that is how both are previously referred to in the ordinance.  The above article seems to imply the opposite.
